Account Director (full-time, m/f/d)

ysura is a SaaS innovator, committed to providing intuitive, fast and flexible commercial solutions for pharma organisations across the spectrum — niche businesses, medium companies and large global enterprises. ysura is headquartered in Munich, Germany. As an Account Director you identify and grow sales opportunities within assigned accounts and pro-actively hunt for new logos. 



  • Support of new and existing customers
  • Lead generation & Pipeline building 
  • Expand our footprint within the SME business in DACH
  • Establishment and expansion of partners for the establishment of the ysura product portfolio
  • Supporting the definition of a vertical solution for rare diseases, cannabis and DiGAs 
  • Creation of contracts for new customers and upsells
  • Demo briefing of colleagues & Moderation of customer oriented events
  • Significantly involved in the acquisition of customers outside Germany and Europe
  • Building champions and KOLs for the ysura solutions
  • European partner development and management 
  • Compilation of topics and speakers for different event types and target groups
  • Leverage a value-based selling approach to sell the ysura product portfolio across the enterprise
  • Manage multiple complex sales cycles and orchestrate the sale team



Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong service mentality and customer orientation
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Technical affinity and willingness to learn
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and CRM or other enterprise applications
  • Ideally experience in new customer acquisition over the phone 
  • Flexible, independent and goal-oriented working style
  • Experience with Excel as well as with the creation and execution of PowerPoint or Keynote presentations
  • German (fluent) and English (very good). Other European languages are an advantage
  • Completed studies or comparable education/experience
